Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by bistrotaste.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Failure to arrive without notice may result in the reservation being released after a grace period of 15 minutes. For large group bookings, a cancellation fee may apply as communicated at the time of booking.

Dining Conduct

bistrotaste is committed to providing a pleasant dining experience for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

• We are a licensed venue; responsible service of alcohol applies.

Event Participation

Casino evenings at bistrotaste are social entertainment events. Participation in any gaming activity is voluntary and intended for amusement only.

• No real money gambling is permitted.
• All games are played with chips that have no cash value.
• Prizes, if any, are awarded at the discretion of bistrotaste and are non-transferable.

Age Restrictions

Casino evening events are restricted to guests aged 18 years and over. Valid identification may be required.

Guests under 18 are not permitted in the casino evening area during these events. bistrotaste reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide proof of age.

Responsible Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff and other patrons during casino evenings.

• Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be asked to leave.
• bistrotaste promotes responsible enjoyment and reserves the right to refuse service.
